3/60 Warranty Details:

Parties: Parties are hereby defined as the Service provider shown above and the current owner of the equipment subject to the warranty claim. This warranty is transferable. 

Item Description: Covered parts are herein defined as those parts being originally supplied by the Service Provider for the repair subject to the warranty claim. Service labor is herein defined as that which was provided for the original repair subject to the warranty claim. These items qualify only on the original equipment and subject equipment must be located within a 30 mile radius of Bloomington, Peoria or Champaign Illinois.

Terms: The term of warranty coverage for parts shall be 3 years from the original date of repair and the covered period for labor shall be 60 days from the original date of the completed repair subject to the warranty claim. 

Limitations: Warranty claims are exempt from any coupons, discounts, and/or specials. Any covered parts and labor must be provided by the Service Provider shown above. Warranty claims will be satisfied by a subsequent repair only. Refunds are not to be considered as an option to satisfy a covered claim. If a subsequent repair cannot satisfy a covered claim, then, and only then, will a refund of the original covered cost, less the diagnostic fee, be considered as a Claim Satisfying Option. All warranties herein described are subject to being void by any of the following; owner misuse and/or abuse of subject appliance, power surge to the appliance, any flooding, fire, earthquake, and/or disregard of technician notes and/or recommendations. 

Responsibilities of parties: Claimant must provide receipt of fully paid original repair and a copy of this warranty as proof of purchase. If an underlying issue is noted herein to have directly or indirectly caused the original need of repair, Claimant must provide proof of said problem rectification. Claimant must pay in full any uncovered labor associated with the satisfying subsequent repair. The subject appliance must be available to the Service Provider during normal business hours and in a suitable environment to perform the Claim Satisfying Repair. The Service Provider must perform all repairs per industry standards, in a timely fashion, and provide, at no cost, the covered labor and/or parts herein described. 

Payment: This warranty is valid with the full payment of original repair.
